HMI / SCADA Panel

A Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a touchscreen panel or display device that allows operators to visualize, interact with, and control industrial processes and machines in real time. A Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system extends this capability to a plant-wide or enterprise-wide level — collecting data from multiple PLCs, RTUs, and field devices across an entire facility, and presenting it through dynamic graphical dashboards, alarm management systems, historical trending, and automated reports. Together, HMI and SCADA systems form the visualization and supervisory layer of industrial automation, enabling operators and management to monitor process health, respond to alarms, track energy consumption, and make informed decisions from anywhere — on the plant floor or remotely via web or mobile.
