Introduction:

The Sonel CMP series Clamp Meter is a robust, versatile and reliable instrument designed for electrical and power engineering professionals, including installers, electricians, fitters and service technicians. Its innovative clamp design enables efficient and accurate measurements in narrow and hard-to-reach areas, making it particularly well suited for demanding working environments.

The CMP features durable clamps designed to accommodate power busbars and conductors up to 160 mm in diameter, while enabling AC current measurements of up to 3000 A. Its innovative jaw design provides easier access in confined spaces, allowing measurements to be performed quickly and conveniently. A distinctive feature of the CMP-3000 is the non-contact voltage detector integrated into the upper section of the clamp jaws. This makes voltage detection possible even where access is severely limited. Simply bring the detector close to the cable or conductor; when voltage is detected, an LED indicator on the instrument illuminates. The meter is equipped with a clear, backlit display, ensuring easy reading of measurement results even in low-light conditions. A built-in flashlight further improves visibility when working in dark or poorly illuminated areas.

In addition to essential measurement functions, the CMP offers a range of advanced features, including:

• Bluetooth connectivity for wireless data transfer

Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, measurement results can be transferred in real time to the Sonel Multimeter Mobile application. The app allows users to record and store measurements, add descriptions and photographs, and share measurement data conveniently as email attachments.
